Gym website cost

How much does a gym website cost?

The price up front, then a straightforward explanation of what pushes a gym website up or down — size, classes, memberships, timetables and whether anything needs to talk to your booking system.

Short answer

How much does a gym website cost in the UK?

At Gee Web Design, the Solo Professional Website starts from £495 and the Business Growth Website starts from £995. Booking, membership and other custom projects are individually quoted according to scope.

  • Published pricing, no sales calls
  • You own the website
  • Typical builds from 7–14 days
  • Optional care plans from £30/month
  • Written quote before any work starts

Our three website packages

We publish our prices so you can place yourself roughly before speaking to anyone. Most single-site gyms land in the first two packages.

  • A website you own, on your own domain.
  • A design built for phones first, because many enquiries start there.
  • Fast pages that appear quickly rather than making people wait.
  • Clear page titles and headings so Google understands each page.
  • Membership and facility information laid out so people can actually compare.
  • Enquiry and trial forms that land in your inbox.
  • A simple editor so you can update the timetable and prices yourself.
  • A written quote before anything begins.

Solo Professional Website — From £495

A fast, mobile-friendly site with up to five core pages, membership information, an enquiry form and on-page SEO foundations.

Business Growth Website — From £995

Expanded class and trainer pages, booking-system integration, galleries, enhanced enquiry journeys and broader SEO foundations.

Custom Booking or Membership Website — Individually quoted

Advanced booking or membership functionality, multiple locations, member areas and workflows built around your operation.

Important

Advanced booking or membership functionality is not included automatically. Integrations and custom features depend on your requirements and existing software, so the scope and price are agreed in writing.

What changes the cost

Class timetable displayed on a screen in a gym reception area
Timetables belong on a readable page, not in a PDF nobody can open on a phone.

Website size

Page count is the biggest single factor. Up to five core pages suit the Solo Professional package; broader class, trainer and membership content generally suits Business Growth.

Class information

A single timetable page is straightforward. A page per popular class — who it suits, how hard it is, when it runs — takes more work but picks up searches a timetable never will.

Membership information

Listing three membership types is quick. A detailed comparison across peak, off-peak, student, corporate and family options, with clear differences, takes longer to lay out well.

Timetable requirements

A timetable you edit yourself is simple. A timetable pulled live from your booking platform depends on what that platform allows.

Enquiry and contact forms

Standard enquiry and trial forms are included. Longer forms, multiple destinations or specific routing take extra setup.

Trainer and team profiles

A few profiles are quick. Twenty, each with their own page, specialisms and photograph, is a section of its own.

Galleries

Photographs sell a gym better than any words. A proper gallery of the floor, studios and changing rooms is worth the small extra build time.

Location information

One location with a map and opening hours is included. Multiple sites need a page each, with their own hours, facilities and timetable.

Booking and member integrations

Connecting your existing platform is usually possible and usually sensible. The effort depends on the platform, so it is priced once we know which one you use.

Custom functionality

Anything built specifically for how you operate — member areas, bespoke sign-up flows, class credit systems — sits in the Custom band.

FAQ

Gym Website Cost FAQs

With Gee Web Design, the Solo Professional Website starts from £495 and the Business Growth Website starts from £995. Booking, membership and other custom projects are individually quoted.

Advanced booking and membership integrations are not included automatically. Linking or embedding an existing platform may suit a Business Growth project, while bespoke functionality is individually quoted after we understand the software and requirements.

Usually yes. Most gym booking and membership platforms provide an embed or a link, and we set that up so the journey feels like part of your site rather than a jarring hand-off. The work involved depends on the platform, so it is quoted once we know which one you use.

Page count is the main one, followed by anything custom. A page per class, several locations, detailed membership comparison tables, trainer profiles, large photo galleries and software integrations all add work.

Not every class, but the popular ones benefit from their own page because people search for them by name. A single timetable page cannot realistically be found for spin, yoga, boxing and HIIT all at once.

Domain and hosting costs vary depending on the provider and setup, and are billed by that provider. Optional care plans covering updates, backups and small content changes start from £30 a month. Your booking or membership platform, if you use one, is billed separately by that provider.

Typical build times start from around 7–14 days, depending on the size of the project. Photography and timetable information are usually what determines the pace rather than the build.

In most cases yes. Hiding prices tends to cost enquiries, because people assume the worst and check a competitor who told them. Clear prices or clear ranges filter out the wrong enquiries and warm up the right ones.

Yes. Every site is handed over with a simple editor and a walkthrough, so timetables, prices and photos can be changed without paying anyone.

Yes — the domain, the content and the site are yours. There is no licence fee and nothing switches off if you stop paying us.
